(03/23/08) Dermesis’s New Emphasis Became the Focal Point of 2008
Chinese Society of Cosmetic Surgery and Anti-aging Medicine Annual Meeting
The Sixth Chinese Society of Cosmetic Surgery and Anti-aging
Medicine Annual Meeting took place on March 23, 2008 at Taipei Chientan
Activity Center.
More than five hundred medical professionals from local and other areas shared
experiences and participated in the seminars. Genepharm joined this prominent event
with many other cosmetic instruments and medically cosmetic product companies
to exhibit new products and technologies.
Genepharm showcased in this event with a new emphasis on
Dermesis: a brand for post-procedural repair – increase skin regenerating ability
and a leading product of the kind in medical cosmetology. The professional
introduction of technology and creative product marketing activities enabled
participating doctors and medical professionals to have detailed impressions. Generally
agreed, this is the first time to have a professional medical company to
introduce the concept of effectively increasing skin regenerating ability and
improving the post-procedural effects of non-ablative surgery. It attracted
attentions from many participating doctors and medical professionals and asked
for the possibility of collaborations. The President and CEO of Genepharm, Dr.
Xinfan Huang was invited as a keynote speaker in the seminar to talk about “The
trend of global skin repair and maintenance from the basic skin physiology.”
Dr. Huang explained in detail the concept of regulating epidermal calcium
concentration gradient to regenerate skin barrier and completely increasing the
repair ability of damaged skin to the attending medical professionals. They
attendants gave positive responses to Dr. Huang’s presentation.
The Vice President of Genepharm’s China
branch, Mr. Jian-Xin Wu of Genepharm Ltd, also
attended and expressed that Genepharm’s booth and
Dermesis products were the focal point of this meeting. Genepharm believes that
by participation and presentation at this meeting, the company and its Dermesis
products would set a new direction at Taiwan medical cosmetology market. Furthermore,
it would enable many health professionals, including nurses who want to work in
the medical cosmetology industry to learn how to effectively and efficiently
perform post-procedural maintenance and allow consumers to experience better
professional services.
